Wau Books is a children's book discovery platform — we provide editorial recommendations and links to retailers, and we sell selected Waubooks-published titles directly. Wau Books combines editorial book discovery with a direct store for Waubooks Originals. Some titles send you to third-party retailers through affiliate links, while selected Waubooks-published titles are purchased directly from us through Stripe Checkout. These terms cover both parts of the experience.

You may not: - Systematically scrape or copy our catalog data for commercial use - Use automated tools to artificially inflate affiliate click counts - Submit automated or abusive messages through the contact form - Attempt to bypass security measures or gain unauthorised access to our systems - Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person ## Purchases & payment Only Waubooks Originals, identified on the site as titles published by us, are sold directly through Wau Books. Affiliate-linked titles continue to redirect to third-party retailers and are not part of our checkout flow. Payments for direct purchases are processed securely by Stripe through a hosted, PCI-compliant checkout page. We do not handle card data ourselves. All prices for direct purchases are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), and an order is confirmed when payment succeeds and an order confirmation email is sent. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order in exceptional circumstances, including pricing or inventory errors. ## Delivery Waubooks Originals are fulfilled through a print-on-demand model. Once payment is confirmed, the book is prepared and dispatched by our fulfilment partner. Estimated delivery within Malaysia is 7 to 14 business days. We are not liable for delays caused by the fulfilment partner, courier services, customs processes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
