Purchases made through affiliate links (Shopee, Lazada, Kinokuniya, Amazon) are subject to each retailer's own return policy. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a direct-purchase book arrives in a condition that is not as described, or if you change your mind within 14 days of receiving it, you may return it for a full refund or store credit. Please read the conditions below before submitting a return request.

We reserve the right to reject a return if the item shows signs of use or damage beyond what was present at the time of dispatch. ## How to return To initiate a return: 1. Email [returns@waubooks.my](https://waubooks.com/mailto:returns@waubooks.my) with your order number and the reason for your return. 2. We will confirm eligibility within 2 business days and provide return shipping instructions. 3. Ship the item back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect. 4. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. ## Refunds Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method. The refund amount equals the item price paid, excluding any original shipping fees unless the return was due to our error. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after we confirm receipt of the returned item, depending on your bank or card provider. ## Non-returnable items The following cannot be returned: - Items returned after the 14-day window. - Items that have been read, marked, or damaged by the buyer. - Items sold through affiliate retailer links (Shopee, Lazada, Kinokuniya, Amazon) — please contact the relevant retailer directly. ## Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at [returns@waubooks.my](https://waubooks.com/mailto:returns@waubooks.my) within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number.
